28-foot statue thieves Send note
Cape Coral, Fla., Aug. 26 (AP) - The owner of a missing 28-foot statue in Florida said he received a letter supposed to be thieves with a piece of fiberglass.
Elmer Tabor said he received a letter Wednesday, the seventh day since the disappearance of Big John, claiming to be the kidnappers of the statue, which was held at Rotary Park in Cape Coral since 1966, the Fort Myers News -Press reported Thursday.

Tabor said he still hopes the statue will be returned.

Burglar uses half to steal sex toys
Amherst, Ohio, Aug. 26 (UPI) - Authorities in Ohio said they were looking for a man accused of stealing a semi truck and crashing into a store to steal an adult sex $ 800 toy.
Detective Kovacs, Tony Department of Lorain County Sheriff said the thief took the truck Sunday evening from Container Recycling in Elyria JT and drove for about half an hour away in Amherst AdultMart, WJW-TV , Cleveland, reported Thursday.
The burglar "used to return to the AdultMart, breaking the glass door of the store and ran inside to steal a sex toy wholesale," said Kovacs.
The detective said the $ 800 sex toy is "essentially in the bottom half of a female body."
He said the robber then drove the truck to JT Container Recycling, where he fled on foot after being spotted by a member.
Tirbaso John, owner of JT Container Recycling, said the thief had several thousand dollars in damage to the truck and the fence around his business.

Hi Jenne’! Yes, the interview was good… although Geraldo commented on the TMZ Ohio pics (in the intro to this piece prior to the interview) and confirmed they were of Casey – even though he never asked Jose about it… then in his Facebook post after the event he stated Jose had said Casey “did not have a friend in the world” – which was not true. So like I say, he just needs decide which side of the fence he’s on. I guess that depends on who he’s trying to apease at any given time.
Jose is absolutely right. Why do so many people get joy out of Casey’s misery? It’s her life and people, especially the media, are trying to ruin it. However, I think she will be able to live a normal life with friends etc. in due time. Hopefully with the “Michael Jackson” case coming up soon people will stop hating Casey and let her get back to her life.
